In short: we store your email address only to tell you when boatme launches. No cookies, no tracking, no selling of data.

2. What we process

When you join the waitlist: your email address, the role you chose (passenger or captain), language, time, IP address and browser identifier, and the exact wording of the consent you gave.
When you confirm your address: time and IP address of the click on the confirmation link.
Optional answers after confirmation (e.g. departure town, travel month, details about your boat).

3. Why, and on what basis

We use your address to let you know when boatme launches on the Montenegrin coast and to send you occasional updates about it. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when signing up and confirm by clicking the link in our email (double opt-in). We use the optional answers only to plan where to start first.

4. Withdrawing consent and unsubscribing

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to [email protected]. After that we will not write to you again.

5. How long we keep data

We keep confirmed signups until you unsubscribe or until the waitlist ends with the launch of the service. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 90 days at the latest. We keep the record of your consent for as long as we are legally required to.

6. Who sees the data

The data is stored on our own server in [country/region of the server]. To send emails we use [name and location of the email provider]. There are no other recipients; we do not sell data.

7. No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and embeds no third-party services. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Montenegro: Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka i slobodan pristup informacijama, azlp.me). Write to [email protected].

9. Minimum age

The waitlist is intended for people aged 16 and over.
